At Gearhart Fixed Ops Consulting, this work is personal to me. I’ve spent more than 25 years in dealership operations and profit analysis, working side-by-side with teams to improve performance, solve problems, and build stronger fixed operations departments. I understand the daily pressures dealership leaders face because I’ve lived them — managing single-point stores, overseeing multiple rooftops at the same time, and being responsible for results across service and parts operations.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of automotive brands, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Lincoln, Toyota, Kia, Ford, GMC, Mazda, Range Rover, Infiniti, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, and Lamborghini. That experience has taught me that while every dealership is different, the fundamentals of strong performance are the same: clear processes, accountable leadership, disciplined execution, and a team that understands how to deliver value to customers.

My approach to consulting is simple — practical solutions that work in the real world. I focus on identifying opportunities, strengthening operations, developing leaders, and helping dealerships turn their fixed operations departments into consistent, reliable profit centers.
